Course Syllabus:
1. Yoga Philosophy: Advanced study of Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Upanishads, and Yoga Scriptures.
2. Advanced Asanas: Mastering advanced-level yoga postures and hand-balancing.
3. Advanced Pranayama: Deep control of breath and energy balance.
4. Meditation & Mindfulness: Higher-level meditation techniques and mind control.
5. Yoga Therapy: Practical knowledge of using yoga for healing and therapy.
6. Teaching Mastery: Professional class management, sequencing, and advanced teaching skills.
•. Completion of 200 Hours YTTC or 2 years of yoga practice.
• Minimum 12th pass.
• Open to advanced yoga practitioners, personal trainers, or experienced instructors.
